about me

I am currently a college student taking up Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in English. I am a mom of three boys and with that said I am in need of a job that will still allow me to continue my studies while working from home. I am fluent in English and I have lived in Okinawa, Japan for 6 years. I studied in an American school inside the US military base.

SUMMARY
I have good written and verbal English communications skill, which I believe is my advantage. I have worked in the BPO industry for 4 years as technical support agent for an American and Australian company so working under pressure in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service is very natural for me.
